Changing card details
To change your billing card details, login to the
Control Panel as the account owner and choose
Billing
from the left hand account navigation. Then click Edit
next to “Card Details” and enter your new card details.
The new card details will be validated and then stored against your account.
Billing email address
All billing related emails such as invoice emails and payment reminders are sent to the account owner’s email address.
You can also specify an additional email address to receive a copy of these automated billing emails.
To set up a billing email address, login to the
Control Panel as the account owner and choose
Settings
from the left hand account navigation, then click Edit
next to “Billing Email”.

If you have a billing problem, please contact our support team by logging into
the Control Panel and clicking the “Help” icon at
the top right and then Contact Support
.
Please provide as much information as possible and click Send Request
.
This will create an authenticated support request to enable our team to assist you as quickly as possible.
